Just a Quick Gem Guide For Newcomers.

Job Type Gems
Garnet[7] = Dexiterity [Hawker]
Topaz[7] = Intelligence [Muse]
Sapphire[7] = Concentration [Dealer]
Ruby[7] = Strength [Soldier]
Status Type Gems
Peridot[7] = Attack Speed [Good For Any Job]
Opal[7] = Defense [Good For Any Job]
Amethyst[7] [Dexiterity And Strength]
Emerald[7] = Sense [Also Good For All Jobs]

Emerald is not mileage, pink's are but they're buyable.
Also soon as there's an update for new ROSE version, there's a total of around 15 gems or so, and pink's will no longer be mileage after that.
