skills and how to use them?

hi i am a hawker and bought the skill books for it but when i use it it uses a skill point and doesnt learn the skill?

When you get to level 25+ type /class hawker then when you get to level 100+ type /class raider or scout . then /allskill [Character name] relog and kapewt u got all skills but u can only do allskill at 100+.
