May I ask as to what these Talismans and Crystals are used for?
I know that the Talismans are used to refine but is the Refine NPC working?
And also does anyone know where 1st, 2nd and 3rd Grade Talismans are dropped O.O

I don't really know about talismans but I think they add to your equip. You can get 1st - 3rd talismans from the pigs at "/go 16" Junon Clan Field. Hope that helped

Talismans are working... but the refine rates aren't so great. Also, not to mention, you get stuff free under 95 from the GM .
