No Skill Book?

Hi, i was just playing not too long ago but when i buy books from Mayor Darren, and when i try to use them it says that i've mastered the skill but when i try to lvl up my skills it says that i dont have the skillbook.Can someone please help me out?

Skillbooks do not work atm so when u change you job at lvl 100 put /allskill [your name] then relogg and you will have all skills necessary for your class
