Help Please!

Everytime I log in on the server, I try to move but i can't for some reason. Then about a few seconds later it says Server Disconnected. Does anyone know why this might happen?

Wow, dont really know what to say except..

1: make sure you put in the correct account info (you never know)
2: Just wait and try again later?
3: dont panic, besides with a 4k exp rate it should be easy to get back to where you were
